Before the guests, the schedule and the noise: one afternoon that belongs only to you.

A pre-wedding shoot with The Silver Clouds is four to six hours of candid coverage. No stiff posing, no shot list read off a clipboard. We scout the location, work the light, and stay out of the way until the moment is worth keeping.

You receive edited photographs, a film if you want one, and every single raw frame we shot. Nothing is held back.

What the stylist actually does

The most common reason a shoot looks ordinary is that nobody planned the clothes. For ₹8,000, someone owns that.

  • Outfit selection and coordinating both looks, accessories included
  • Sourcing and suggesting props that suit the concept and the setting
  • A mood board, so the aesthetic is agreed before the day begins
  • Posing references, so the frames feel natural rather than arranged
  • Present on the day, guiding the two of you throughout
  • Working with your makeup artist so the whole look holds together
Payment structure and terms
1   Payment terms
  • 20% of the total secures your booking and reserves the dates.
  • 60% is payable 7 days before the shoot, bringing the total to 80% beforehand.
  • The remaining 20% is cleared before final delivery of all deliverables.
  • Booking is confirmed only on receipt of the initial payment.
  • The company reserves the right to pause services or withhold deliverables where payments are delayed.
2   Delivery timelines
  • The Base package is delivered within 10 days from the date of the shoot.
  • The Standard and Elite packages are delivered within 20 days from the date of the shoot.
  • Timelines begin after the event is complete and payments have been received as scheduled.
3   Coverage and execution
  • The assigned team manages all creative and technical aspects of the shoot, including lighting, framing and execution.
  • The client agrees to cooperate during the shoot so coverage runs smoothly.
  • The company is not responsible for missed shots caused by lack of coordination, delays, or restrictions at the venue.
4   Permissions
  • The client must obtain the necessary permissions for photography, videography and drone usage.
5   Cancellation and rescheduling
  • The booking amount is non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.
6   Overtime and extra hours
  • Coverage beyond the agreed hours is chargeable.
  • Charges are communicated on site or beforehand.
7   Data delivery and storage
  • Deliverables are shared through an online link with limited-time access.
  • Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their data within that window.
  • The company is not responsible for data storage beyond the specified period.
8   Additional services
  • Any additional service (extra reels, drone, styling, extended hours) must be confirmed in advance and may carry an additional charge.
  • Album-related processes, including selection, design and approvals, are independent of the payment schedule. Final payment remains due as agreed and is not subject to album timelines, discussions or exclusions.
9   Location and travel
  • Location or venue charges are not included in the package and are borne by the client.
  • For outstation shoots, travel, accommodation and local transport for the team are arranged and covered by the client.
