Delivery Policy

Everything we make is delivered digitally, except printed albums, which are couriered or handed over in Bengaluru. Nothing is shipped from a store, so there are no shipping charges on photographs and films.
What you receive
- Teaser or reel: a short edit shared soon after the wedding so you have something to post while the glow is fresh.
- Photographs: edited, high-resolution images in a private online gallery with a shareable link and full-resolution downloads.
- Films: the highlight film and, where included, the full ceremony edit, delivered as online streaming links and downloadable files.
- Albums: designed after you approve your photo selection, proofed with you, then printed and bound.
Timelines
Delivery timelines for each item are stated on your quote and booking confirmation and count from the last event we cover. Album timelines count from the date you approve the final layout. We tell you on WhatsApp the moment each item is ready.
Albums
Albums are couriered to the address you give us, or collected from us in Bengaluru. Courier charges within India are included unless your quote says otherwise. Please check the album on receipt and tell us within 7 days of any printing or binding defect; we will reprint the affected pages at no cost.
Gallery access
Your online gallery stays live for at least 12 months from delivery. Please download and back up your full-resolution files within that time.
